  • Can I add or remove my topics or languages? 
    • Yes. You can add or remove your topics or languages at any time in your Profile ?.
  • Does Harmony try to prevent misuse and abuse?
    • Yes. Our review process allows users to report misuse and/or abuse which Harmony can review and monitor.
  • Can I delete my Harmony account?
    • Yes. To delete your Harmony account, please send a request to: support@harmonytheapp.com from the email associated with your account.
  • Is there a limit to how long a Harmony call can last?
    • Yes. The maximum call duration is ten minutes. Harmony will provide a two-minute warning once the call has reached a duration of eight minutes.
  • When can I use Harmony and how often?
    • Harmony is always available and you can use it as often as you’d like.
  • How long does it take for someone to answer my Harmony call?
    • Harmony calls take roughly one minute to be answered. Please be patient. If no one is available, Harmony will let you know.
  • Does Harmony work over Wi-Fi and Cellular?
    • Yes.
  • Will the person who answers my Harmony call speak my language?
    • Yes. We only connect users who speak a similar language.
  • Is Harmony free to use?
    • Yes.
  • What personal information is shared during a Harmony call?
    • Only your first name is shared.
  • When should I not use Harmony?
    • Do not use Harmony during an emergency, when sensitive material is involved, or to bully, intimidate, harass, or behave inappropriately.
  • How can I share Harmony with others?
    • You can share Harmony with others by using the sharing feature in your Profile ?.
  • What if I receive a Harmony call when I’m busy or unavailable?
    • You’re never obligated to answer a Harmony call. If you're busy or unavailable, Harmony will redirect the call to another user.
  • How do I answer a Harmony call?
    • Tap the Harmony notification, review the caller’s question, and if you think you can help, tap the Answer button.
  • I’ve had Harmony for a while and still have not receive a call?
    • Make sure you are signed in and have notifications turned on. Otherwise, be patient. There are a lot of Harmony users just like you who want to help.
  • Can I customize when I’ll receive a Harmony call?
    • No. However you’re never obligated to answer a Harmony call. If you're busy or unavailable, Harmony will redirect the call to another user.
  • Does Harmony need to be open to receive a call?
    • No. As long as you are signed in and have notifications turned on, you can receive Harmony calls.
  • What if my account was blocked?
    • If your Harmony account was blocked then there was likely a violation of our Terms of Use. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us at support@harmonytheapp.com from the email associated with your Harmony account.
